In my pre-degree course »typography in space« I have designed an installation that reads
in three levels: the closed, raised jalousie with the word »hidden«, the text fragments
on the lamellas of the jalousie and other text fragments on the wall behind.

With these media, I initially wanted to arouse the curiosity of the viewer to figure out
what is behind the »hidden«. By playing with the lamellas and the text fragments
it is not immediately observable which words are formed.
Both elements should stand alone and remain cryptic, so they are not considered
final words. Only in combination with the right angle of the lamellas
the word »uncover« (sichtbar machen) arises.
